Senior Manager of Major Incident Response

At Peapod Digital Labs, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Major Incident Response to lead our team in driving the complete lifecycle of all major incidents for the organization.
Job SummaryThe Senior Manager of Major Incident Response will be responsible for leading a team of ITIL Certified Major Incident Managers to ensure timely response and resolution of all major incidents. This leader will facilitate communication with stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, and drive best-in-class practices for major incident management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Major Incident Management team to ensure timely response and resolution of all major incidents
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including Executive Leadership
- Drive best-in-class practices for major incident management
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for major incident management
- Collaborate with IT Operations to improve business outcomes
- Identify trends and anticipate problems in the environment
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years IT experience
- ITIL Certified v4 foundations
- Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
