About the Role

We are seeking a talented Culinary Director to lead our dining team at Somerby Santa Rosa Beach. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for overseeing all dining-related functions and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
  • Manage the dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and parties
  • Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in senior living or high-end food service environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
