Evergreen Life Services Texas is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Description
  • Assess and maintain a healthy environment for individuals served, adhering to their individual plans of care.
  • Contribute to daily projects and collaborate with Medical Program Coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on medical procedures, first aid, and basic nursing principles to provide exceptional patient care.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily health assessments and record findings accurately.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform other skilled nursing treatments as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with Medical Program Coordinators and other staff members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Minimum 1 year of clinically relevant experience working with elderly or intellectually disabled individuals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical nursing procedures, first aid, and basic nursing principles
