Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Administrator at Actalent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to quality assurance specialists in ensuring compliance with company quality system standards.
  • Performing line clearance to prepare for production and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Preparing and issuing batch records and labels, and releasing raw materials to begin the production process.
  • Assisting in carrying out non-conformance investigations and interpreting company quality system standards.
  • Compiling data to support the trending program and filing completed records, including batch records, on-site training records, validations, calibration records, and qualification records.
  • Auditing previous batch records and handling compliance documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Quality assurance experience and knowledge of company quality system standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
