  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, design, and optimize HR technology, ensuring consistency with HR strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • System Integration and Troubleshooting: Serve as a subject matter expert, leading the team to troubleshoot system issues, drive root cause analysis, provide guidance, and make informed decisions on courses of action.
  • Technology Evaluation and Recommendation: Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the employee experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure proper controls and auditing for compliance, including SOX requirements, system security, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop, generate, and analyze regular and ad hoc HR reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on all Workday HCM modules.
  • Team mentoring and management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Workday integrations, configuration, system updates, and upgrades.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
