We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday configurations and business processes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and solution client business processes in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting modules
  • Participate in Workday go-live/cut over activities
  • Validate data during data conversion
  • Enhancement request intake, prioritization, configuration, testing, implementation, and support
  • Assess, design, and deliver process improvements based on leading practices
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy and adhere to client cyber security requirements
  • Maintain and build effective controls
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

Requirements:

  • Experience in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting modules
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently
