Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in-house technicians with daily operations, including rounds of building systems and service calls/work orders under supervision.
  • Perform maintenance tasks in mechanical rooms and rooftops, including filter replacement and general cleaning.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks requiring the use of hand tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hand tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist in any engineering/maintenance task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
