Senior Business Support Analyst

FTSi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic Purchasing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support for Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software
  • Work closely with the Replenishment Team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of processes, programming, and end-user functions
  • Serve as the in-house expert for resources and training
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including test scripts, training materials, and business process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IS/IT management field
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar field
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software
  • Knowledge of other replenishment software capabilities is a plus
  • Experience with technologies like DOT NET, C, COBOL, JCL, UNIX, CICS, TSO, CONTROL-M, IMS is preferable
