Job Overview

ADPma, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer communication, this role is responsible for growing sales of our proprietary parts to the commercial and defense aerospace industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of three years of experience in sales of proprietary engineered products. Quantitative business experience, including technical sales, engineering, finance, and operations, is also highly desirable.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, identifying new sales targets, and working closely with the sales team to address all product line issues. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be fluent in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly sales targets for assigned accounts
  • Identify new sales targets for both new products and new customers
  • Complete pre-trip analysis and planning as well as post-trip summary of customer meetings and next actions
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to address all product line issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years sales experience with proprietary engineered products
  • Quantitative business experience, including technical sales, engineering, finance, and operations
  • Aerospace or industrial experience
  • CRM experience summarizing customer information and providing clear communication on next steps required to close deals
  • Demonstrated results from current and prior positions
  • References validating proven performance
