Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team at Premier Magnesia. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process a variety of documents with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and ensure completeness of documents, ensuring seamless document access across departments.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in the documentation, maintaining efficient filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of document processing workflows, organizing an archiving system, and outlining a long-term storage strategy.
  • Provide exceptional support to internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in document management/administration is a plus.
  • At least three solid years of proven experience in document management, archive management, or records management.
  • Experience with MasterControl software or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficient computer skills, including experience with document processing software and office productivity tools.
