Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to quality control standards and operational procedures while processing job assignments.
- Accurately fill packaging materials according to client specifications.
- Prepare and pack products in accordance with process orders, ensuring compliance with quality and identification standards.
- Organize and stack packaged goods on designated pallets.
- Promptly address any equipment malfunctions and communicate mechanical or safety issues to management.
- Meet production targets for assigned items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility.
- Report equipment maintenance needs to ensure safety and consistent product quality.
- Comply with safety regulations and utilize personal protective equipment as required.
- Contribute suggestions for process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and write in English, interpret numerical data, and recognize lot numbers.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, push/pull consistently, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
