  • Adhere to quality control standards and operational procedures while processing job assignments.
  • Accurately fill packaging materials according to client specifications.
  • Prepare and pack products in accordance with process orders, ensuring compliance with quality and identification standards.
  • Organize and stack packaged goods on designated pallets.
  • Promptly address any equipment malfunctions and communicate mechanical or safety issues to management.
  • Meet production targets for assigned items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs to ensure safety and consistent product quality.
  • Comply with safety regulations and utilize personal protective equipment as required.
  • Contribute suggestions for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Experience in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and write in English, interpret numerical data, and recognize lot numbers.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, push/pull consistently, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
