Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Documentation Specialist (part time) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be a significant contributor to the success of a small, dynamic company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing and administering Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and making changes to the company's-controlled document systems in accordance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the distribution and release of ECO-controlled documents.
  • Maintain and record change control information as required to support the company's long-term documentation needs.
  • Inform team members of changes.
  • Document existing procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain organization of paperwork and file systems.
  • Special projects to verify and improve documentation and systems as needed.
Requirements
  • Participate in meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
  • 0-5 years experience.
  • US Citizenship required due to government contract regulations.
