Patient Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Supervisor to oversee the activities of our scheduling, registration, and customer service teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of statistical records, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting accuracy, efficiency, and positive patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for scheduling, registration, insurance benefits, customer service, and billing
- Maintain accurate statistical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in surgery scheduling and prior authorizations
- Training and/or experience in supervising and leading medical team members
- Clean background check
