Patient Care Facilitator

We are currently looking for a Patient Care Facilitator to support our mission. Your main role will involve guiding patients through their healing journey with TMS therapy.


Important Note: This position involves working with individuals experiencing severe emotional distress, including suicidal ideation and trauma-related conditions, which may be challenging for some.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Serenity Healthcare with professionalism
  • Provide individualized coaching and support to patients throughout their treatment
  • Complete Serenity's sponsored TMS training program
  • Take responsibility for the outcomes of patient care

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic mathematical abilities
  • Proficient in de-escalation techniques and building rapport with individuals

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (7.5-hour shifts)

Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 6 am-9 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
