Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned sanitation tasks within designated areas.
- Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring operational reliability.
- Identify and address issues to their root cause.
- Implement corporate and site-specific Food Safety and Sanitation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
- Manage waste and recycling processes effectively.
- Participate in Food Safety inspections and document findings.
- Follow the Master Cleaning Schedule diligently.
- Obtain forklift certification and operate material handling equipment.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
- Physical tasks include bending, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working at heights.
- Adaptability to varying temperatures and environmental conditions is essential.
- Capability to work in confined spaces.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Preferred Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with technical and trade disciplines is advantageous.
- Competence in computer software, including MS Office.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
