Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Sanitation Technician to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This includes performing major clean-up, sanitizing, and special cause cleaning of plant production and non-production equipment. You will also be required to complete tasks associated with the master sanitation schedule, general plant upkeep, construction projects, and various other cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform major clean-up, sanitizing, and special cause cleaning of plant production and non-production equipment
Complete tasks associated with the master sanitation schedule, general plant upkeep, construction projects, and various other cleaning tasks
Oversee line shut down procedures and line cleanliness
Facilitate quick changeovers by cleaning, emptying trays and tubs, and assisting where needed
Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning of front office, break room, skill center, all plant bathrooms, production offices, quality lab, shipping offices, and receiving offices, hallways
Detailed cleaning of each of these areas, including cleaning of ceiling vents, lights, cleaning grout, waxing floors, moving furniture, and deep cleaning all items in these areas
Work with leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety
Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position
Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position
Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL
Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product
Record accurate data on production reports
Participate in overtime to prepare for Customer Visits/Inspections/Requirements/Plant Projects
