We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at John Muir Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Continuously monitor patient progress and document observations, treatments, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an emergency or critical care setting, or completion of an emergency nursing training program.
- Certifications/Licensures: Current RN license in California, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
