Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to foster professional growth and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- 6 Months Nursing - Medical Acute Care Experience
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Certification
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association Certification
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Competency
- Annual stroke care education
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full-time position with a 12-hour night shift schedule
Compensation:$101.72 per hour
