At John Muir Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Acute Care team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 6 months of experience in medical acute care.
- Current RN licensure in California.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts. The work environment is dynamic and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
