John Muir Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 1 year of experience in emergency nursing or critical care.
- Current RN licensure in California.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- NIHSS certification.
- 1 year of experience in medical acute care.
- Previous emergency department cross-trained experience.
- Certification as an Emergency Nurse (CEN).
- A competitive hourly rate of $101.72.
