Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our patient care team, you will work closely with our registered nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Support registered nurses with clinical tasks, including blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, and applying simple dressings.
- Respond to medical emergency situations utilizing Heartsaver CPR and AED skills.
- Assist with patient care, including responding to patient and family needs, and taking an active role in the efficient operation of the unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, social workers, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
- Certified nursing assistant or current nursing student who has completed Fundamentals of Nursing or equivalent med/surg clinical rotation.
