Certified Nursing Assistant Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing professionals.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Accurately measure and document vital signs.
  • Support patient mobility and transfers as necessary.
  • Provide meal assistance and help with feeding when needed.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.


Required Qualifications:

  • Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in assisting with daily living activities (ADLs).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
