Job Title: Strategic Regional Business Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SVP, Regional Director to lead our team in the Northeast Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing a team of financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth within the region.
  2. Talent Management: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors.
  3. Operational Excellence: Ensure effective operations and management of the region.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • A minimum of five years of managerial experience in a retail financial services firm.
  • SIE, Series 7 and 9 & 10 (or 8), Series 63 & 65, or 66, and Series 31 required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - 200,000 per year, depending on experience.
