Customer Experience Representative

Sam's Club is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing outstanding service.
The estimated salary for this position is $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Skills and Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
