Job Summary:

The Bilingual Retention Specialist will play a key role in our agency, focusing on the retention of our multilingual staff. This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with all our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Retention Strategies: Create and maintain effective retention strategies that align with our organizational goals, promoting a positive work environment and long-term employment.
  • Conduct Regular Follow-ups and Check-ins: Regularly follow up with new and existing staff to gauge job satisfaction and address concerns, ensuring open communication and a supportive work environment.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between management and staff in multiple languages to ensure clear understanding of policies and expectations, promoting cultural competency across all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze Turnover Data: Analyze turnover data to identify patterns and areas for improvement, informing data-driven decisions to enhance employee retention.
  • Collaborate with HR: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities, promoting a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retention specialist role or similar HR position.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish- both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or homecare industries preferred.
