Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing retention strategies that foster a positive work environment and promote long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective retention strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with new and existing staff to gauge job satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff in multiple languages to ensure clear understanding of policies and expectations.
  • Analyze turnover data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
  • Advocate for cultural competency across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retention specialist role or similar HR position.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish- both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or homecare industries preferred.
