RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO

El Coordinador de Proyectos de Ingeniería es responsable de la ingeniería y la programación del programa, que incluye la lista de dibujos y la certificación de entregables. Este rol coordinará y asegurará la finalización de proyectos, identificará y resolverá problemas, y supervisará el trabajo de los Ingenieros de Diseño para garantizar que el trabajo esté alineado con los requisitos del cliente y las normativas. Además, se asegurará de que todos los elementos del proyecto cumplan con los plazos, el presupuesto y las regulaciones.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

  • Asumir la responsabilidad de los proyectos asignados para garantizar su finalización a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y en cumplimiento con las regulaciones.
  • Proporcionar insumos técnicos a la gestión del programa relacionados con los componentes de ingeniería del proyecto para la creación del cronograma del proyecto; identificar elementos y fases del proyecto, secuenciar elementos y estimar tiempos.
  • Realizar análisis técnicos, revisar especificaciones y diseños de productos para desarrollar estimaciones de costos y tiempos.
  • Monitorear el progreso del proyecto y recomendar cambios en el cronograma según la re-priorización, disponibilidad de materiales y cambios en las necesidades del cliente.
  • Evaluar el impacto de los cambios del cliente en tiempo, costo, materiales y procesos.
  • Identificar las pruebas necesarias que deben realizarse durante el proceso de ingeniería y monitorear su finalización.
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares, verbales o escritas, basadas en KPIs y el estado del proyecto. Analizar datos y recomendar acciones correctivas según sea necesario.
  • Supervisar el trabajo de los Ingenieros de Diseño para asegurar precisión y competencia técnica; proporcionar retroalimentación según sea necesario.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una lista estándar de notas para su uso en dibujos de ingeniería en 2D.
  • Colaborar con la gestión y equipos de ventas para revisar propuestas de proyectos; identificar y abordar problemas potenciales según sea necesario.
  • Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro, seguro y legal, cumpliendo con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Contribuir al esfuerzo del equipo logrando resultados relacionados según sea necesario.
  • Proteger la confidencialidad de la información y productos de la empresa.
  • Realizar otras tareas y proyectos según se asignen o soliciten.

CALIFICACIONES GENERALES – Educación, Conocimientos y Experiencia

Educación:

  • Se requiere un título de licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica o disciplina similar.

Experiencia:

  • Nivel I: 0-2 años de experiencia en ingeniería
  • Nivel II: 2-5 años de experiencia en ingeniería
  • Nivel III: 5+ años de experiencia

Habilidades:

  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Capacidad para liderar un equipo compuesto por múltiples disciplinas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Experiencia avanzada con CATIA V5.
  • Capacidad para comunicar y presentar a una variedad de partes interesadas.
  • Dominio de aplicaciones de MS Office.

Habilidades/Experiencia Preferidas:

  • Conocimiento de MS Project.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas PLM.
  • Familiaridad con AutoCAD.

  • Puede ser solicitado para trabajar horas extendidas o irregulares según sea necesario.
  • Se debe demostrar la capacidad para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
