T2 Utility Engineers is dedicated to delivering reliable underground and above-ground utility information, minimizing the risks associated with utilities in infrastructure projects. Our expertise lies in Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services, helping clients navigate the complexities of existing utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate field operations to meet project scope requirements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare necessary project permits, specifications, and other relevant submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and support regional marketing initiatives.
- Represent T2 Utility Engineers at project meetings.
- Oversee project deliverables and related correspondence to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.
- Maintain quality assurance and safety protocols across all projects.
- Support Senior Project Managers with various tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- EIT certification required; PE preferred or attainable within one year.
- At least two years of experience in Civil and/or Subsurface Utility Engineering.
- A minimum of two years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship development in the Southern California region.
- Ability to effectively network for strategic growth and client acquisition.
- Preferred presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of how planning, decision-making, and problem-solving contribute to project success.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Basic computer proficiency.
