Paralegal Specialist

Remedy Intelligent Staffing - Western NY Region seeks a seasoned Paralegal Specialist with expertise in Personal Injury Law. This individual will support the managing partner in drafting all legal documentation for ongoing PI litigation. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with a strong understanding and experience with the litigation process.

We are looking for a highly organized Paralegal Specialist to manage calendars, schedule depositions, court appearances, and client conferences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

The Paralegal Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as drafting discovery responses, pleadings, and legal correspondence, as well as submitting e-filings via NYSCEF. A strong background in No Fault experience is essential, and candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
