Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Field Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and timelines.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO. The location is Texas.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees in division
  • Confirm that all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified
  • Ensure all roughs and trims are going out on time and being quality walked
  • Quality walk / punch items are being completed
  • Be able to project (2-4) weeks of jobs and be staffed appropriately
  • Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Mentor employees
