Job Overview
At Lonestar Lighting & Technology LLC, we are seeking an experienced Contract Coordinator Lead to play a critical role in reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for our clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze MSAs and other contractual documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and project management teams to gather necessary information and ensure contracts support business goals while mitigating risks.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures for all contractual documents, ensuring accurate tracking, archiving, and accessibility to authorized personnel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract review and negotiation, preferably in the electrical supply or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance issues.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
