About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Estimator and Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating electrical projects, managing project teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

This is a senior role that requires significant experience and expertise in electrical project management, estimation, and leadership. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience with an electrical contractor, familiarity with industry-standard software, and a strong understanding of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control. They will also be able to interpret computerized cost data and systems.

Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
* Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures
* Review design options and recommend the best solution based on cost, engineering quality, and material availability
* Provide support to field operations regarding electrical estimates
