About the Opportunity:
Knight Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Field Supervisor - High Voltage Division to join our team. This role will be responsible for supervising the electrical field activities of our high-voltage division, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards across all projects.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with significant knowledge in electrical management to lead our field workforce. As an Electrical Field Supervisor, you will oversee the planning and execution of scopes of work, manage manpower resources, and ensure compliance with company standards. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, a Journeyman or Master's License, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise field-level personnel and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Assist Field Managers in planning and executing scopes of work
* Collaborate with internal teams to establish project goals and monitor progress
* Perform productivity analyses using Knight Electric tools
* Evaluate performance of field personnel and provide guidance as needed

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000+ per year, depending on experience and license. A sign-on bonus is available, along with a comprehensive benefits package including vehicle allowance, hotel paid, per diem, fuel card, credit card, and a best-in-class bonus program.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Active Journeyman or Master's License
* Minimum 10 years in the electrical field
* Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role
* Management of $10+ million scopes of work
* OSHA 30 Certification
* NFPA 70E Arc Flash Certification
* Proficient usage of Microsoft Office suite and PDF software

Work Environment:
This position primarily operates on various construction sites and can be exposed to varying weather conditions. Travel is estimated to be at 75% - 90%, and at times on short notice and nationwide.
