Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional onsite support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Perform endpoint support and lifecycle management tasks, including imaging, patching, and decommissioning
  • Assist with software updates and data transfers
  • Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk role
  • Experience with handling tier 1 and 2 tickets in a Microsoft environment
  • Hardware experience: troubleshooting, imaging, decommissioning, patching
  • Software experience: transferring data, updating software, troubleshooting
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing support in a retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related
  • Related certifications
