Technical Facilities Support Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Facilities Support Specialist to support our client's facilities team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing to perform minor repairs and schedule vendors for major repairs. They will be responsible for operations/maintenance inspections, preventative maintenance, and communicating with the Facility Coordinator on site.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires flexibility to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Communicating with the Facility Coordinator and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing repair and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
