Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations and Facilities Specialist to support the company's facilities management needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing repair and maintenance.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordination of daily operations and maintenance tasks
  • Conducting quarterly visits to ensure facilities are in good working order
  • Performing minor repairs and scheduling vendors for major repairs
  • Communicating with the Facilities Coordinator on site
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing repair and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions

The Technical Operations and Facilities Specialist will work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
