What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business strategy formulation, management consulting, healthcare strategy, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
Demonstrated experience in business strategy formulation through management consulting, investment banking, or an internal strategy team.
Executive-level presence and communication proficiency.
A well-established strategy toolkit (research, quantitative analysis, qualitative synthesis, written/oral communication).
Comfort and proficiency with both quantitative and qualitative data.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with all organizational levels, particularly senior leadership.
Experience in developing talent in strategic thinking, structuring analysis, and effective communication.
Strong familiarity with healthcare industry trends and payer strategies is highly desirable.
What You Will Accomplish at Cambia:
Collaborate with leadership teams across the organization to support strategic initiatives and define and advance Cambia Health Solutions' strategic priorities.
Create and oversee analyses to generate business insights and trends affecting Cambia, including preparing market assessments, benchmarking competitors, evaluating industry developments, assessing potential new business opportunities, and exploring partnership/acquisition prospects.
Develop work plans and convene cross-functional teams to execute strategy projects.Act as a project leader representing Corporate Strategy to lead internal engagements.
Support the overall corporate strategy and innovation planning with a focus on long-term growth for the organization.
Manage annual planning activities, including translating organizational goals and objectives into actionable initiatives, timelines, and plans.
Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts, focusing on change management, to rapidly develop recommendations for leadership.
Support solution design and implementation of recommendations to ensure initiatives achieve the desired outcomes.
This role provides unparalleled exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders across the organization through a variety of projects.
It also allows you to define and navigate your own career path within the organization and be part of the next generation of leaders at Cambia.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for the Head of Strategic Initiatives is $176,000 - $238,000 based on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history.
