Position Overview

The role of the Field Sales Representative involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage proactively with potential clients, ensuring all interactions are meticulously recorded and managed within our corporate CRM system.
  2. Work collaboratively with prospective customers to explore how they can incorporate 3D printing technology into their operational processes.
  3. Team up with both internal and external sales personnel to cultivate a designated territory, focusing on targeted accounts and contributing to the development of innovative strategies for acquiring new clients.
  4. Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
  5. Coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize outreach efforts and identify key accounts for engagement.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics and key performance indicators as established by sales leadership.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by EAC Product Development Solutions.
  8. Address client objections and clearly articulate the value propositions of our products and services.
  9. Utilize various communication channels to achieve established activity goals.
  10. Deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients and team members using tools such as MS PowerPoint and other digital platforms.
  11. Participate in sales demonstrations, trade shows, and other relevant events, whether in-person or virtual.

Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the company.
