The Leasing Sales Manager will focus on crafting and executing sales strategies that achieve and sustain occupancy targets and revenue objectives.

This position requires a hands-on approach to managing a property management leasing team and overseeing overall leasing activities to ensure alignment with corporate leasing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in Leasing:

Manage daily leasing operations, including effective oversight of CRM interactions (prospect calls, emails, texts), scheduling property showings, and ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and other applicable regulations.


Accountability and Team Development:

Foster a culture of accountability and ownership among team members; clearly communicate expectations, supervise performance, and provide constructive feedback while leading training and development initiatives through coaching and mentoring to align team members with company values and operational techniques.


Operational Efficiency:

Proactively enhance the efficiency of leasing operations, ensuring that processes and procedures meet business needs and create a positive experience for both prospects and residents while performing leasing duties as required.

High-energy, action-oriented, and operations-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to lead a sales team in a performance-driven setting.


Relevant Experience:

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that operational and training practices are effective and compliant with company occupancy targets.


Effective Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities to foster an inclusive team culture.


Professionalism:

Consistently maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional office environment.
Prior leadership and sales experience is essential.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to various properties as needed.
