Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Modigent. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and fostering enduring relationships with principal clients throughout our targeted statewide markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Use all internal and external resources to position Modigent as the industry thought leader.
- Encourage a team selling environment that utilizes subject matter experts to provide unique and value-driven solutions to our customers.
- Operate as lead point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop, present, and maintain Account Management plans for assigned customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and sales forecast information in the company CRM and other tools.
- Present products and services to existing and future customers.
- Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and closing of sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers.
- Create detailed proposal documents and presentation.
- Gain clear understanding of customers' needs and requirements.
- Maintains high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry.
- Negotiate with customers, solve problems, and make sure deadlines are met.
- Full understanding of market contracts, best practices, and competition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with the customers in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events.
- Strong business acumen.

- Strong problem-solving/analysis abilities.
- Customer Service & Client management skills.
- Demonstrable Sales Process Knowledge.
- Ability to Close the Deal.
No direct reports will be assigned in this position, but managing internal relationships and team building is key.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment, on our customer's job sites, and remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, estimating, and CRM systems.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Education and Experience- 5+ years of identified HVAC market experience, commercial construction sales, or account management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering, communication, marketing, or a related field, or extensive, proven relevant industry experience is preferred.
