Demand Generation
  • Enhance and broaden SPI's market-specific lead generation capabilities.
  • Develop and refine SPI's marketing communications materials, including collateral, direct response initiatives, trade shows, and digital/social media outreach.
  • The VP of Marketing will formulate SPI's BPO marketing and advertising strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure a high-performing business development organization. This role encompasses lead and demand generation, positioning of new service offerings, branding, messaging, and overall marketing communications. As a senior leader, the VP will shape the go-to-market strategies and operational plans for an environment that includes both outside and inside sales.

Qualifications Required
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a senior marketing executive in a high-growth organization targeting Fortune 500 clients and specific verticals.
  • Experience in identifying, creating, and executing marketing strategies for new service or product offerings is essential.
  • Ability to engage in creative work while managing partners and direct reports within the marketing team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and recommend adjustments to business development strategies, making informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience with P&L and ROI responsibilities, demonstrating a clear correlation between marketing expenditures and ROI.
  • Proficient in marketing technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Oversee the marketing footprint, including SEO, PPC, and all web-related marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all direct marketing tools.
  • Manage reputation and work towards establishing a cohesive corporate image.
  • Strengthen relationships with media to ensure effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Collaborate on business development initiatives and enhance related materials such as collateral, ROI tools, and case studies.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external marketing vendors.
