Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy Personnel & Land Management, Inc Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze payroll data, including employee time, production, and payroll information.
  • Compute wages and deductions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with field support to gather data and ensure accurate billing.
  • Review payroll discrepancies and reconcile errors.
  • Analyze and report payroll department errors and resolve employee-related complaints.
  • Perform weekly audits on payroll procedures and stay informed on current wage and hour laws.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Compile statistical reports and statements related to payroll.
  • Monitor and report payroll department activities to management.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Payroll or Labor Law preferred.
  • Payroll and/or Human Resource experience in the Agricultural industry.
  • MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Education: High School required or Some College.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
