Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with room turnover
  • Accurate and complete room set-up for physician
  • Ensure all patients' medication is updated before physician visit
  • Set-up for in-office surgical procedures

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant Certification or Registration
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems operations, such as EMR and Practice Management Solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform well in stressful situations
  • Communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience working within a physician's office
  • Urology experience desired
