About the Role
This Regional Account Manager position plays a critical role in driving sales and distribution strategies within assigned regional accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing regional or national accounts, preferably in the beverage industry. As a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local/regional account teams within distributors, setting sales expectations, and ensuring area compliance with national corporate mandated and optional programs.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for:
  • Selling and executing company strategy and initiatives for regional and local chains within an assigned territory.
  • Influencing execution of programs via decision-makers within chains.
  • Ownership of volume targets, spending budgets, and overall results within assigned territory.
  • Ensuring area compliance on national corporate mandated and optional programs.
  • Ensuring local market/region pricing is in line with national pricing standards.
  • Working with Field Sales Organization to ensure In-store standards.
  • Direct contact to local/regional account teams within distributor to set strategy and sales expectations.
  • Responsible for building and owning relationships through select management within wholesaler network, sharing key contact responsibilities for company communication.
