Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Orkin, the industry leader in pest management services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services.
  • Utilize our proprietary software to track routes and optimize schedules, minimizing drive time and distance.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through empathetic communication and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations. Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required.
