Job Overview

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential business clients to promote and sell our EV charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within installation companies, electrical contractors, and property managers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the EV charging industry.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our charging solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy, clean technology, or EV charging industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market, charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing the sales process.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
