Job Overview

WaveStrong, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our enterprise security solutions sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, including multi-year contracts and large-scale implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales approach.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in solution-based sales, with a focus on enterprise security solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the IT security market, including competitors and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
