Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for assisting in all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans to attract top talent
  • Network with industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups to identify potential candidates
  • Perform administrative duties and recruitment recordkeeping
  • Assist with the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each assigned position
  • Fully understand and comply with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Support the One Door concept at Goodwill's Community Employment Centers by collaborating with Human Services Departments to provide a recruitment presence within the Centers
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or two-year college or technical school preferred
  • Two to four years related experience preferred
  • Valid California Driver's License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance
  • Must pass criminal background check requirements
