Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions, and work with the sales training team to ensure sales professionals are educated clinically.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and our Clinical Affairs group to identify training needs, measure training effectiveness, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct live patient case demonstrations and training sessions using various instructional methods.
  • Assess training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to sales training team.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Must have clinical experience with operative and hygiene procedures, preferably a general dentist.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles to tailor training accordingly.
  • Experience in instructional design, creating engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling training sessions.
  • Active listening skills, understanding trainees' needs and providing tailored support.
  • Feedback skills, providing constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, developing the skills and confidence of trainees.
  • Familiarity with programs needed to build presentations (e.g., Keynote, PPT, etc.).
