Job Details for Software Training, Support, and Testing Specialist

At the Utah Bankruptcy Court, we are seeking a skilled Software Training, Support, and Testing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-house and onsite training for CHAP end users and IT staff. This will involve developing, preparing, and updating training aids, training materials, and on-the-job manuals in coordination with the technical writer. The specialist will also provide first-line customer support, answering CHAP help desk calls, identifying issues or new functionality needed to address support calls, and writing up detailed software change requests for the CHAP developers to use in modifying the software. If the change request is approved for implementation by the CHAP User Group, the specialist will guide the change request through the agile development cycle, participate in software testing processes, and help ensure the new functionality is documented in the appropriate manuals. This position will require some travel.

Key Responsibilities:
